Woman And Her Husband Arrested For Pulling Gun On A Black Woman And Her Daughter In Michigan


The white couple who pulled out the gun on a black woman and her daughter in the parking lot of a restaurant in Michigan was arrested by police after their footage went viral on the internet.

A few days ago, a video was trending on the internet in which a 32-year-old white woman, Jillian Wuestenberg, was seen pointing the gun and shouting to get away from her car.

On Thursday, Jillian Wuestenberg and her 42-year-old husband, Eric Wuestenberg were charged for the nefarious assault. Jessica Cooper, Oakland County Prosecutor stated in her release that it wasn’t clear that when would the Wuestenberg couple be charged or even if they had their attorney who could explain the allegations.

It was reported by Sheriff Micheal Bouchard that the couple is a resident of Independence Township and both of them have hidden pistol licenses. After the video went viral on Wednesday night following the incident, deputies seized their handguns.

The video posted earlier revealed the series of interactions between Jillian and the black mother and daughter in the parking lot. While giving a statement to The Detroit News, the black daughter Makayla said that they were about to enter the restaurant, when Jilian was coming out so she moved away buy she bumped into her.

Makayla said “Excuse you” and that’s when Jillian started yelling at her accusing her to invade her personal space, in a quite harsh language.

In the later part of the video, Takelia was seen going behind the car and hitting the SUV’s back window, upon which the couple leapt out of the car with Jillian pointing the gun at them. According to Takelia, she thought the car was going to hit them that’s why she hit the car.

Takelia also said in her statement that at the time of the altercation, her other two daughters were in the car which has left them traumatized.

Cooper reported that before taking any action they carefully looked at the videos and facts. However, people are still picking sides, even making threatening calls to the sheriff’s office.
