Things don’t seem as easy as we might have thought.
We’re stuck in a crisis, and who would have known that this crisis is going to last so long? People didn’t have any idea about the neverending era of distress we’re currently in.
Nowadays, we seem to be so frustrated because of the current outbreak of Coronavirus that we’re dying to get freedom from it, but it looks like we aren’t that lucky, and fate has something else in store for us. The World Health Organization has recently apprehended the second and third outbreak of COVID-19.
WHO has especially warned Europe against the next two waves of Coronavirus. According to WHO, Europe has been under a gross attack of the current outbreak, and upcoming outbreaks can prove to be even more dangerous for them, that is why they felt they are obliged to inform the European governments beforehand.
Despite the fact that the number of deaths has gone down in all European countries in the recent past, European countries are still very much susceptible to falling prey to the second and third wave. This entire region can be vastly devastated if they do not take precautions regarding the potential outbreaks.
Dr Hans Kluge of the WHO indicated that even the best health infrastructures of the world can be knocked sideways, so all the governments need to be greatly cautious of what’s coming their way. He further added that all countries must gear up and take preliminary measures because the very next wave of COVID-19 could be hitting us any minute.
Dr Kluge added, If a vaccine doesn’t get invented, we must get ourselves ready to face the upcoming waves in consecutive order. If our scientists don’t guarantee the discovery of a vaccine in a couple of weeks to come, we better start taking preemptive steps to brace the difficult time.
