The United Kingdom seems to be knee-deep in trouble for the death rate keeps increasing day and day.
Like the rest of the globe, people in the UK are also facing the wrath of coronavirus which has left no one invincible in front of it.
Earlier on, European countries like Spain and Italy were the worst affected nations on earth with a rapidly increasing death toll. Things started changing swiftly and now the relatively safe-looking nations are outdoing Italy and Spain.
The United Kingdom, most, unfortunately, could not tip the scales in their favor even though they were not immediately affected at a large scale. Had they taken all necessary steps in the right direction when there was no vulnerability looming over them, they would have been suffering the least.
Let the bygones be bygones anyway. There’s hardly any good in crying over the spilled milk. There is no way things can be undone.
On 10th of April, 980 deaths happened which left everyone in the country shell-shocked. This has been the highest number of expiries in the UK till date. Still and all, there is stern fear of this number getting increased in upcoming days and reaching a whole new level of catastrophe.
There’s been more than 70,000 cases in total resulting in 8,958 deaths. Very few lucky people healed miraculously, but for the majority of the affected people, it hasn’t gone down really well.
And, this is just the number of deaths that happened at hospitals.point 330 |
Nobody is aware of what the otherwise situation is.point 43 | France has been the only European country to enlist the number of deaths taking place at care homes as well as hospitals.point 143 | No country other than France — either in Europe or elsewhere — has been entirely fair with the data, so to say.point 245 |
