Clad in MAGA shirts and hats, the loyalists lined up Mar-a-Lago’s streets as they waited for Donald Trump to arrive. Moreover, it wouldn’t be wrong to mention how they ignored the ongoing event of Joe Biden’s inauguration.
The supporters decided to throw their own party as the Trumps shunned a historic tradition by snubbing new President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration. All of Trump’s kids flew with him to Florida on Air Force One, except for Ivanka.
Trump gave a final farewell speech at Joint Base Andrews, thanking his team, supporters, and family members for a ‘successful 4-year reign.’ And that’s when he boarded the aircraft, making his way to Mar-a-Lago to begin a new chapter in his life.
However, Trump did vow before departing how he would be back, in some form, right before taking credit for the future success of Biden’s administration.
The crowd of MAGA loyalists comprised of enthusiastic and maskless individuals who danced, hugged, and laughed away to groovy beats. It was nothing less than a dance party on the streets as they waited for Trump to arrive.
Today, all of Trump’s family members have turned Florida into their new home.
During the final hours of his post of the presidency, Trump issued a long list of pardons to dozens of millionaires, celebrities, as well as donors to help prevent them from future prosecution.
Trump’s farewell speech at Joint Base Andrews began with a 21 gun salute, after which he called Melania to speak a few final words to the US nation. His farewell address mostly consisted of a list of achievements made by the Trump administration.
