President Donald Trump revealed in a recent Tweet how he will not be attending President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration.
Therefore, that makes him the first US president in 152 years to skip a successor’s inauguration. The last time such an incident took place was in the year 1869. Therefore, it’s definitely a historic event.
The news broke out, right before the President’s Twitter account was permanently suspended by the social media platform recently.
“To all that have asked, I will not be going to the inauguration on the 20th of January,” he explained. He backed up that Tweet with another, mentioning how he didn’t wish to anger or disrespect his MAGA supporters.
In addition, he called all of his people loyal patriots, who didn’t deserve to be treated like this. In another tweet, President Trump mentioned how he refused to uphold the old tradition of attending Biden’s swearing-in ceremony. And this would make him the third president to do so.
On the other hand, Trump’s aides continue to refer to him as a mad man who is psychologically fragile.
They believe he is showing the symptoms of isolation and depression. And for that reason, he continues to display irrational behavior across the board. Many of his allies and aides called him a ‘total monster’ as well as ‘mad King George.
’ In the same way, they felt sorry that his presidency was ending on such a low note, with absolute chaos across the spectrum.
Media reports confirmed how President Trump isolated himself from his family members as well as the entire Republican Party.
He was living alone in a ditch that he dug up himself, they explained. Other news agencies describe how his aides requested him to mend things with the nation by sending out a message of healing to the country and its citizens.
Trump never acknowledged his role in leading the siege that led to a series of deadly consequences at the US Capitol recently. And for that reason, many termed his current status as radical and unbelievable with Twitter locking his account for good.
