Former US President Donald Trump is happy off of Twitter with hints of launching his own social media network.
According to media reports, Trump claims he is truly relaxed ever since his exit from the White House. In the same way, he seems to be very content after his Twitter ban with fewer rants and things to worry about. Meanwhile, his former strategist talked about how the ex-leader might be in the works of launching his very own social media platform too.
Trump made an exit from the White House and DC altogether on the 20th of January. And that’s also when he refused to attend his successor, Joe Biden’s inauguration ceremony.
The former US president instead chose to board Air Force One for the very last time alongside his wife Melania Trump and other family members. And that’s when the family headed for Mar-a-Lago in Florida which is now their new residence.
In a recent interview with Britain’s Sunday Times, the former president’s campaign strategist revealed how Donald Trump was in high spirits, ever since he left the White House. In the same way, he talked about how he spent some heartwarmingly tender moments with his family by his side.
“It was great to witness it all, especially the emotions running high throughout the course. Some people were truly very sad to see him go and didn’t want this day to come. But at the same time, there was an immense sense of pride that this was also one of the most successful Presidential terms in US history.
The former strategist also shed light on how this was also the first time in so many years that he saw the ex-president so relaxed. He talked about how it was like seeing a giant burden lift from his shoulders. “He is happier now than he’s been in some time,” ever since he was banned from Twitter, he added.
