An unverified Twitter account on Friday night shared a photograph of President Donald Trump showing a serious facial tan line.
The image had gone viral by Saturday, with people around social media challenging the intentions of the photographer.
A image in which President Trump seems to have distorted fake tan lines showing a dark orange steak at the top of his face continues to illuminate social media sites, amid Trump’s denial as it is photo shopped.
The photo was shared by the @photowhitehouse account, which appears to be run by a photographer named “William Moon.” Trump looks wryly over his shoulder and the wind picks up his hair in a way that shows a strong contrast between the color of his face and the area around his hairline.
On Saturday, Trump tweeted that the photo was shopped but that his ” hair looks good”.
The image continues to run on Twitter and Instagram under the hashtag # OrangeFace as a joke related to the infamous photographs of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.
Others hit closer to home and other scandals of Trump, suggesting that he looks ‘ impeached, ‘ while one woman only urged everybody to put down the tanner and use this image as a word to the wise about how not to do it.
One Twitter user asked how you could ‘ have millions ‘ without anyone around you to warn you that it doesn’t suit your skin tone, and still use bargain makeup.
‘ Nobody tell him that his base is not in line with his profile, ‘ she says.
Reportedly, Trump tends to apply his own makeup in private, and has refused the assistance of a white house artist funded by taxpayers.
Others said that the tan is insensitive, if only to pumpkins, and others said that it looks like ‘ when your 3-year-old experiments with your wife’s makeup’.
People started posting funniest memes to Twitter, as they used everything from Bob Ross to painting the garden fence to ridicule the look of the president.
One Instagram post compared the picture to Mrs Doubtfire’s scene where Robin Williams shoots his face to a cookie, saying that they are not a remake fan.
On several occasions the President was compared to the Cheetos snack and this time it was no different with a consumer putting together a new skin tone for the Revlon makeup brand they believe Trump uses.
He was most often associated with the popular Oompa Loompas, the orange-skinned creatures from Charlie’s Roald Dahl and the Chocolate Factory.
On Saturday, Trump took to Twitter to condemn a photo that had been edited to show him with an unflattering tan line across his nose.
“More Fake News. Clearly, this was photoshopped but the wind was high and the hair looks good? Nothing demeaning! ‘ Trump tweeted, agreeing with # toomuchmakeup and a man from Denmark who ridiculed the photo as showing him in ‘ orangeface. ”
Moon accepted that the photo was altered but not photo shopped he used Apple’s app for adjusting the color of picture.point 218 |
