Captain Sir Tom Moore has died from COVID-19 at the age of 100.

According to news outlets, he raised more than 32 million pounds for the National Health Services by walking around 100 laps in his garden, moments before his milestone 100th birthday.

Just last Sunday, his daughter revealed how her father suffered from Pneumonia which lasted for a span of few weeks.

On that note, loved ones rushed the former serviceman to Bedford’s Hospital, located in Bedfordshire, late Sunday night. There it was confirmed how he required great assistance to breathe.However he was not placed in the intensive care unit, reports confirmed.
