A court in Illinois has spared a 24-year-old teacher’s assistant jail time despite her sexually abusing a 14-year-old student.
The incident sparked outrage across the board when news broke out Allyssa Gustafson who escaped her jail sentence, confirmed media outlets. She was accused of repeatedly having sex with a 14-year-old student as stated in the US Sun.
The shocking incident took place in Champaign, Illinois where the perverted and pedophilic teacher’s assistant had zero guilt as she sexually pounced upon a boy. Shockingly, the incident took place at a special education school where the woman worked.
Media reports confirmed how the teacher began her sexually-oriented campaign by sending out sex messages to the young boy. Therefore, the victim acknowledged how he received images from the teacher who posed in lingerie as well as swimwear.
After luring her young prey into her evil trap, she then went ahead for the final move. The teacher’s assistant engaged in sexual abuse almost 5 times from the months of March to August.
The mother of two kids, who now reportedly lives in Tuscola had pleaded guilty to the crime of aggravated criminal sex abuse for getting into the act in the first place.
In her shocking plea deal in front of the Illinois court, reports confirmed how the disgraced teaching assistant was lucky enough to avoid her charges relating to criminal sexual assault, despite all that she did to the young student.
A real conviction for her serious crime would have landed her with nearly 4 to 15 years in jail.
The absolute shocker for the case came when the judge mentioned that since the woman did not have any previous history of any criminal convictions, she didn’t pose a threat to the public. Therefore, she was only punished with probation for four years. With that being said, her life is bound to be constrained forever by the law as she is now registered for sex offending behavior.
