A teacher who was recently accused of having sex with her 15-year-old student claims she was the victim in the case and deserves to be treated justly.
35-year-old Abigail Simon says that she was held accountable for sleeping with her teen pupil. However, in this case, she says that she is the victim of the abuse put forward by her student. “I was sexually abused by him. He raped me three times,” she went on to boldly exclaim.

However, the teacher failed to acknowledge all of this. Instead, she went on to explain how she suffered rape of the worst kind by her student which took place on three separate occasions. “I never engaged in any form of sexual activity with him. He raped me three times, including my apartment and my car,” she went on to add.
“I was forced to have sex with him,” she explained and that was something not too many people were accustomed to hearing in situations like these. The teacher explained how the duo exchanged several thousands of text messages that were inappropriate but she did not ever think that they would be engaged in a romantic relationship.
Moreover, one specific text message from the teacher mentioned how she was so scared because the pupil was only 15 years old.
The teacher was reportedly taken into police custody after the pupil’s mum found an image of her in a garter on her son’s phone. In addition, the student first defended his mentor by stating that he was stalking her but later went back on his words.
Currently, the case is still under investigation.
