- Yin-Tang Point
Located in the center of the forehead, directly between the eyes, this point also called the third eye. Since we use our mind throughout the day, this spot can prove to be the most painful for most of the people.
Gently press your middle and index finger at this point for a few seconds to feel immense relief immediately.
- Zan Zhu Points
These spots are found right at the spot where the nose begins, at the top of the eyebrow bone.
Gently applying a small amount of pressure, massage these spots in the circular fashion. This massage not only helps to relieve a headache but also helps with a runny nose and improves eyesight.
- Ying Xiang Points
Find these points on either side of nostrils, right above the lips. If you find a small dimple in the bottom of the cheekbones, then bingo, you’ve found the right points.
Reduce headaches, stress levels and open the sinuses by applying gentle pressure on these points while massaging.
- Tian Zhu Points
Massage the spots located on the back of the head, in the center of the neck to help with congestion, eye/ear pain and with severe migraines and headaches.

- Shuai Gu Points
Located right above the ear, this point helps to reduce eye fatigue. If you are trying to eliminate addictions and restore balance to the nervous system then massage this spot using your index finger and thumb. Use your index finger to apply pressure to the spot and thumb to apply pressure to the back of the ear.
- He Gu Points
It is one of the most well-known pressure points, and it is located in the webbing of the skin between the thumb and index finger.
Make sure your fist is balled into the wrist and then squeeze gently to relieve back and neck pains along with reducing nausea and migraines.
