Rebel Wilson had successfully reached her goal weight for 2020.
The Australian comedic actress proudly shared the news on her Instagram Stories on Saturday night.
“Hit my goal with one month to spare!” she wrote captioning a photo of the number 74.6 on the scale.
“Even though it’s not about a weight number, it’s about being healthy, I needed a tangible measurement to have as a goal and that was 75 kg’s.”
The Pitch Perfect star also said that she wants to engage with her fans on Instagram Live this Tuesday.
“I wanna go live on Insta on Tuesday night when I’m back in US to share stuff with you guys and thank everyone for their support,” she teased.
“Sooo until then…6p NYC time.”
Wilson embarked on her “Year of Health” goal in January of this year, and first checked in at Austria’s VivaMayr in 2019 resulting in “amazing results” after following the center’s Mayr Method diet plan.
“It’s an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages eating whole foods slowly, boosts the immune system and reduces inflammation,” a source said.
“She exercises with a personal trainer up to six times a week, goes on walks and is trying to up her protein intake nutritionally.”
“I went back because 2021 is going to be an insanely busy year with project after project, so I wanted to come back to VivaMayr,” Wilson said to the outlet.
She had since documented her journey on Instagram, and previously highlighted her weight loss when she shared a photo of her in a tight blue wrap dress showcasing her slimmer frame.
Fans and celebrity followers were quick to notice her weight loss, with many leaving gushing comments on her post.
“If I could like this picture numerous times I would,” wrote fellow Australian actress Ruby Rose, adding, “MY GOD WOMAN!”
“Sweet baby Jesus!!! You look amazing,” her personal trainer Jono Castano commented.
