Premier League To Resume Its Football Activities From June


Ever since Coronavirus grabbed us from the scruff of our necks, we have been deprived of so many things including sports, concerts, cultural festivals, and so on and so forth.

Life seems to be paused for an unknown period of time. Sports fans have been down in the dumps as all on-going sports activities were suddenly postponed for an unpredictable period of time — and there was no hope for upcoming sports events to take place in the moment of crisis.

The players will commence their training sessions from 18th of May. It goes without saying that they’d be needing some time prior to the matches to brush up their skills. That’s why all the clubs’ owners have been asked to manoeuvre their players into practice sessions from the 18th of next month.

First match of the Premier League is expected to happen on 8th of June. Before the teams indulge in practice, each player is gonna go through a thorough testing. Only those players who test negative are gonna partake in the League. The management of the event are going to ensure all safety measures before they get the ball rolling.

All this adrenaline rush that you’re going through can be withered away in a moment when you learn about the possibility of lockdown extension. In case the lockdown lingers, forget about the Premier League. The managers will have to call it off if the UK govt prolongs the lockdown.
