A Brazilian Playboy star revealed she lost her sex drive after becoming a mother.
Fabiana Britto, 33, admits her body confidence has taken a huge low in recent months.
“It is very difficult to return to the sexual routine, we feel guilty,” Britto revealed. “It took me a long time to accept my body again.”
In order to boost her sex drive again, the Brazilian model is working hard to get back in shape.
“Even with my son, I always take time to take care of my body by exercising at home,” she said. “I do one hour of yoga every day and it’s changed my life.”
“I do it at home,” she added. “I use that time to take care of myself.”
Britto said that she is a yoga fan and that she cannot wait to return to the gym when it reopens.
“Yoga has several exercises to tone the butt, even better than those at the gym.”
The Playboy model is hoping that doing yoga will boost her libido again.
However, Britto, who is currently in Italy, admitted that the lockdown restrictions are affecting her sex life.
“We are living in a time of great stress because of the isolation,” Britto said. “Here in Italy we are back to quarantine again, it is a mixture of fear and stress that loses libido.”
While it’s clear that Britto is not feeling as confident as before, she clearly is glowing with a recent sexy photoshoot.
