Phoenix Police Restrained A Man Against 100 Degrees Hot Tarmac Leading Him To An Agonizing Death


A man named Ramon Timothy was an alleged criminal who was restrained against a blazing hot asphalt by Phoenix police during his arrest.

The arrest took place at 10.30 AM on August 4 in Phoenix when the temperature in Phoenix had reached 99 degrees and the sun was at its peak.

A body camera recording of the incident was released in which it can be clearly seen that officers Andrew Williams and Roswell Mosley restrained him so forcibly that his left arm broke and he was screaming out loud in sheer pain at this point.

Even after that, they didn’t cease the restraining, rather kept restraining him ruthlessly until he got unresponsive.

When the police were confronted, they said he was a man with utmost endurance which made it difficult for them to restrain him and he also did not show any expressions of pain on his face.

After a continuous seating torcher when the officers let go of restraining him, he was seen to be unresponsive. Yet, the officers handcuffed him irrespective of him not moving at all claiming “he was fine” at that point.

After this, the man was taken directly to the hospital and at 11.21 am, he was officially declared dead by the doctors.

The pictures of Lopez provided by the Phoenix police which show purple and white marks embossed in his shirt which are predominantly taken as burn marks.

The truth will soon be unleashed when the autopsy report of the man comes out. The justice will be served, because, it is not only about an alleged criminal, but it also entails basic human rights that every single person deserves to have.

 The violation of any such rights will always lead to a chaotic society disturbing the world’s peace. Criminal or not, no human deserves treatment like this, especially by the potential law providers of any state.
