COVID-19 does not seem to be stopping its wrath and the human race looks like kneeling down before it due to lack of vaccine.
Just because we’re coming short of a drug that could kill the virus functioning inside a human body, we seem to be at the mercy of this unforgiving virus.
A handful of attempts have been made to bring the vaccine into existence, but every such attempt is meant to go in vain until a successful human trial takes place. Even after a human trial, our problems are not going to end, mass-production and mass-distribution is the next task to be accomplished.
Pfizer, a renowned pharmaceutical company in the States, indicated that they have been working on a vaccine and it could be easily accessed by the people in the coming autumn. Here comes another ray of hope that might save our bacon.
Experiments take place every now and then, but a public trial is the key. This corporation has already promised to undergo human trials in the month of August. Also, they’re all set to mass-multiply the vaccine in very little time as the company seems to be hot-to-trot to achieve the benchmark before anyone else.
They have anticipated that the vaccine, if approved, will be available in all four corners of the world till 2020. Pfizer seems all the more optimistic about ridding the world of the pandemic, and we have their back. We wish them to succeed in their endeavour as it’s going to benefit humanity after all.
On a side note, they are not the only ones in the race to invent a successful vaccine. Scientists at Oxford University are also hellbent on developing a vaccine in the least possible time. In fact, they are one step ahead because they are going for a human trial in the month of May.
