One South African church congregation made headlines recently when they revealed the most bizarre and jaw-dropping story.
According to them, the church’s pastor attempts to heal people by sitting or standing on them and then farting in their faces. Moreover, the pastor claims that the act behaves as a means of healing as well as blessing them too.
The church’s pastor was identified as Pastor Christ Penelope from the SevenFold Holy Spirit Ministries in Siyandani Village in Giyani, Limpopo. He received dreadful accusations from so many people who attend the church but are now stopping, thanks to his ridiculous behavior.
Shocking photos were released by congregants from the same church where you can clearly see the pastor sitting or even standing on some individuals. And then, he attempts to break wind on top of them.
When asked for his comments on the bizarre situation, the pastor went on to refute all of the remarks that surround him on social media. He simply replied to the queries by mentioning how he doesn’t only fart on people but he ‘heals them’.
Meanwhile, one local media outlet from South Africa mentioned how some people flood to the church to see whether or not the rumors are actually true. The pastor goes on to deny the rumors, urging people to avoid believing in false affairs.
In addition, the pastor stirred up even more controversy when he spoke about how he doesn’t indulge in things by flesh but instead, by faith. “When I sit or stand on people, it doesn’t hurt them,” he added. “The Holy Spirit is in charge at the time,” he exclaimed.
But the news didn’t go down too well with those who attend the church on a daily routine basis. The pastor’s strange behavior has many people doubting his credibility and getting infuriated. Some went as far as mentioning how they didn’t sign up for this and felt deeply unhappy. Others did say they didn’t mind but it was definitely something weird.
One 30-year-old man also added how he came to church for prayers and not to be farted on.
