It didn’t take much time for Djokovic’s fans to find her on social media, Instagram, and they immediately started commenting death threats, insulting words on her posts.
Laura’s son died 12 years ago in a motorbike accident, at a young age – just 25 years old. Novak’s fans, when they saw his pictures on Laura Clark’s timeline, they started commenting “Don’t worry, you’ll join him soon” and a lot of these kinds of ‘warnings’.
Also, Laura promotes some wine agency on her social media posts, where a person wrote that she can drink liters of alcohol, but she is not able to survive a small tennis ball, bad acting.
Within the consequences of the incident, the Serb tennis player posted an apology on his media platform. He wrote that he is terribly sorry that he brought such stress for her, it was unintentional, also that he learned a lesson from this whole situation. Furthermore, he apologized to the US Open event and to all the people who saw his behavior. And at the end, he added that he is really grateful for his family for being a rock to him, and to his followers for being always with him.
