A 56-year-old, Clive Beattie, is a registered teacher, but working as a teaching assistant at the Ysgol Penmorfa primary school in Prestatyn, North Wales – has allegedly sent nude photos to a schoolboy’s mother.
A teaching assistant has allegedly sent three naked pictures of himself from the waist down to the pupil’s mother, he is also accused of saying ‘I love your Mommy’ to the schoolboy, and asked his student to draw his mother in the wedding dress.
An investigation was launched after the woman’s husband stormed into the school and showed the inappropriate pictures of Mr.Beattie to the headteacher Catherine Patterson.
The identities of the Wife and Husband have been withdrawn, so they will be called person A and person B respectively.
Council official Bruce Knight is leading the investigation on behalf of Denbighshire Council over inappropriate use of social media and for sending indecent pictures that destroy the image of the school.
The Council official said that the headteacher was shown three naked pictures of Mr. Beattie By a person B. The pictures that Mr. Beattie sent to person A was of him sitting and the other two were captured in front of the mirror.
This all started when the schoolboy’s mother sent a friend request to Clive Beattie on Facebook and later wished him on his birthday. On one occasion person A (the schoolboy’s mother) sent a picture of herself in bra and knickers with the message now it’s your turn. On which Clive Beattie sent three naked pictures of himself from the waist down.
Council official Mr.Knight said that he has interviewed the woman’s husband and learned that they both are working on their relationship.
The defendant is now accused of unacceptable professional conduct by pursuing sexual behavior toward a woman. He is also accused of breaching the social media policies of Denbighshire County Council.
Clive Beattie has denied the allegation and said that he has never asked the kid to draw his mother in the wedding dress, nor he ever confessed in front of the kid in class.
