Federal prosecutors charged a former marine and retired NYPD cop for reportedly using a metal pole to assault another officer.
The shocking incident involving the accused, Thomas Webster, took place at the deadly US Capitol Riot on January 6th. Here, prosecutors claim that Webster made use of a deadly weapon such as a pole made from aluminum to carry out the mega assault.
