A man from India pulled out some rather gruesome stops to confirm his unborn child’s gender.
According to reports, the father of five daughters wanted to figure out his baby’s gender as soon as possible. And for that reason, he did the unthinkable.
The man was eagerly desperate to have a son. And for him, that was a good enough reason to cut open his pregnant wife’s belly. Reports confirmed how he used a giant sickle to cut open her stomach. And the sole motive revolved around finding out whether or not there was a son inside.
His wife, a seven-month pregnant woman from India, survived the brutal attack. And thankfully, so did their unborn child as reported by the Times of India. After the horrifying incident, she arrived at a hospital’s emergency department, where she underwent surgery.
Police confirmed how the monster dad, identified as Pannalal, slit open his expecting wife’s belly. He carried out the violent crime at his residence. The exact location included the northern state of India’s Uttar Pradesh.
Reports also claim how the cruel dad received convincing guidance from a local priest. And that’s where the priest made claims that his wife was in fact carrying a girl again. For that reason, he forced her towards getting an abortion. However, she refused.
The pregnant woman, Anita Devi, remained quiet on the matter.
But it was her brother who spoke out against the heinous crime. Therefore, he explained to the media how the monster dad used to whip his sister.
He believed it was her fault that she gave birth to 5 daughters and no sons. On numerous occasions, the parents did intervene but he never walked away from his low actions. At the same time, her brother confirmed that this act was truly unpardonable.
Moreover, no one could believe that he would ever stoop down to such a horrifying level. He described the incident as terrifying.
‘There were piles of blood everywhere. Anita’s entire stomach received slits and her husband is responsible for it all,’ he exclaimed. And that’s when he rushed his sister to the sister, with support from the local police department.
