Ex Malaysian Prime Minister Draws Controversy After Posting Insensitive Tweet Against French People


The last prime minister of Malaysia said that Muslims have the right to be angry and kill millions of French people.

The previous prime minister of Malaysia said that Muslims have the right to be angry and kill millions of French people, just hours later, when an attacker beheaded one woman and killed another two people in a church.

Dr. Mahathir Mohamad’s provocative comments were just a part of his tweetstorm against the Western culture, and the French President Emmanuel Macron, who is refusing to disapprove of the caricatures about the Muslim prophet, Muhammad, which has started attacks in France just in two months.

Macron has also promised to fight “Islamist separatism” as the consequence of the beheading of school teacher Samuel Paty in Paris on 16th October.

Dr. Mahathir Mohamad posted a tweet about Macron that he is not showing that he is civilized; he is also really primitive in blaming the religion of Islam and Muslims for the killing of the insulting school teacher. Mahathir added, it is not in keeping with the teachings of Islam.

The former prime minister of Malaysia also mentioned that in the course of their history, French people have killed millions of people, and many were Muslims. Mahathir Mohamad continued, Muslims have a right to be angry and to kill millions of French people for the slaughter of the past.

Furthermore, he also wrote that the West shouldn’t enforce its views and values on others; to do so is to deprive the freedom of these people.

The Malaysian ex-prime minister comments came after the third attack in Frace just in two months, which left three people dead at the Notre Dame Basilica in Nice. The claimed knife-wielding assailant is in police custody.

Mayor Christian Estrosi named the attacker a ‘terrorist’ who shouted “Allahu akbar!” that means in Arabic, “God is great” repeatedly whilst the police arrested him.
