Singing superstar Lady Gaga stunned the world after she revealed her heartbreaking life story in a recent interview.
The celeb spoke about an unfortunate and tragic accident that took place when she was 19, leading to her psychotic breakdown. Lady Gaga boldly explained how she sexually assaulted by her alleged rapist, which left her pregnant.
The star even went on to reveal how the accused was a male music producer who went to the extremes of threatening her and burning down all of her music, in case she went on refusing to remove her clothes.
Soon, the star revealed how the rapist even dropped her off on the corner of a street, despite knowing she was pregnant and that’s because she was continuously vomiting and sick from the ordeal.
Just years later, the star spoke about her total psychotic breakdown, which resulted from an ultimate state of sheer paranoia, all due to the trauma.
The singer, whose actual name is Stefani Germanotta, revealed the harrowing details on Oprah Winfrey’s much-talked-about mental health series with Apple TV which is titled ‘The Me You Can’t See.’ This show goes about tackling all of the stigmas that revolve around mental health.
Throughout the interview, you could see the celeb breakdown into tears as she featured for Oprah’s and Prince Harry’s first episode. Lady Gaga went on to say how the alleged incident haunts her till today and had taken place during the early start of her career in the music industry.
“I was just 19 years of age. At that time, I was working in the industry and that’s when one producer came up to me and ordered me to take my clothes off,” the star remembered. “When I said no, they told me that they would go about burning my music. And they just didn’t stop.”
Now, at the age of 35, Lady Gaga said that she would never name her rapist because she just does not feel comfortable. “I just never wanted to face that same person again,” she exclaimed.
