The cops were in search of this man and finally caught him as someone reported a criminal complaint against him. On searching his home, the FBI found the same Joker mask in his bedroom. The man is identified as Timothy O’Donnell, who is a 31-year old white man.
Timothy waived his right to remain silent and confessed he was the one wearing the Joker mask who torched the squad vehicle.
The US Attorney has issued an official statement saying whoever tries to damage public and government properties will face a rigorous reaction as we will use all the means in our power to identify those responsible.
The famous Joker mask is from the ‘Joker’ movie of 2019, which is a Batman byproduct, with a theme of social unrest and chaos in the entire city. A lot of youngsters fell prey to the treacherous social environment depicted in the movie that showed creating chaos and disorder is the right way to get justice and your due rights.
Such was the intention of the rioter formerly known as ‘Chicago man’ before the seizure. Though he covered his face with a mask, it seems like he forgot to hide his neck tattoo saying ‘PRETTY’ which led the FBI to catch him.
Investigations were run on the case to make sure if Donnell is the right guy responsible for torching the police squad’s vehicle. The cops found footage in which he is seen torching up the gas tank of the vehicle and later can be seen sitting close to the burning SUV.
