In a rather heartbreaking turn of affairs, Sylvester Stallone’s mother, Jackie Stallone, passed away at 98 years old.
However, the actual circumstances surrounding her death still remain unknown. Sources close to the Stallone family confirmed the news to TMZ, claiming how Jackie ‘passed away, just recently.’

Other than Sylvester himself, Jackie left behind her husband of over 20 years, Stephen Marcus Levine.
This also includes her son Frank and plenty of grandkids. Jackie shared both Sylvester and Frank with her late ex-partner Frank Stallone Sr.At the same time, she’s also the mother to the late actress Toni D’Alto.
She passed away at just 48 years old, after battling against cancer in 2012.Jackie also shared Toni with her ex-partner Anthony Filiti.
