An ice addict who abducted and raped a 13-year-old girl for five hours will die in jail.
A face-tattooed ice addict man who abducted a 13-year-old girl who was on her way to school and raped her for five straight hours has been sentenced and will probably die in jail.
The 30-year-old Mustafa Kayirici committed this heinous crime in his car on June 24, 2016.
On Friday, Downing District Court heard that Mustafa lured the 13-year-old schoolgirl into his car and drove to an underground car parking, there he forced the girl to undress and even made her watch pornographic videos.
Mustafa made the girl perform certain sexual acts and threatened her with a knife when she refuses to do anything. He even made videos while raping her and forced her to say that she is 16-year-old and is consenting to all sexual acts.
Later Mustafa drove the girl to a basement and again forced her to perform a different series of sexual acts.point 206 |

He gave the girl $5 and threatened her not to tell anyone if she did, he will release all the videos. He said if you tell anyone, he will release the video and can hold it against her what would she feel, if her father saw her videos performing such acts.
On Friday Mustafa Kayirici, was sentenced to 34 years, which will start from September 2041, as he is already serving 38 years for raping, and robbing seven women means he would not be released until 2066.
The victim said because of the attack, she feels constant shame, fear, and humiliation, and she sometimes feels she would be better off dead.
During the hearing, the court was told, Mustafa Kayirici is suffering from some incurable disease, and will likely die in prison as he has 12 months to live. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy for his disease in prison. It is said that even if he survives, he won’t be able to get out of prison until he is 76 years old.
