Prince Harry is gearing up to exit the US after Buckingham Palace released a tragic statement confirmed Prince Philip’s death.
Harry has not returned back to the United Kingdom since March 2020, being last seen with Prince Philip in May of 2019. Now, sources claim that Harry would gear up and do his utmost best to go back to the UK so that he could pay his respects at his grandfather’s funeral.
However, many questioned whether or not Meghan Marke would be joining him after her breakthrough interview with Oprah that stirred up plenty of royal controversies lately.
After reaching the United Kingdom, Prince Harry will need to undergo a period of self-isolation that will last for 5 long days. Only then will Harry be able to go out in the public, provided that his COVID-19 test comes out to be clear.
Prince Philip’s death took place this morning, leaving the country shattered with grief. There were calls for a day of mourning with all of the Queen’s activities put at a halt as she enters a period of mourning.
The death comes just weeks after Harry and Meghan’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, where Meghan accused the royals of being racist and questioning the color of her child’s skin tone too.
That whole time, Prince Philip was under private hospital care as he was being treated for an infection and his already existing heart condition too.
Lately, he was spending his final days with his wife, her Majesty, by his side at Windsor Palace. And that’s where he peacefully passed away.
With Meghan Markle pregnant with the couple’s second child, sources predict that she most likely won’t be joining him but there are no clear reports confirming this news that is based on mere assumptions.
Meghan will give birth during the summer but they never spoke about whether or not they have any plans of returning back to the kingdom.
A very close inside source mentioned how Meghan is pregnant and hence will need permission from doctors if she decides to go but they predicted that Harry would definitely be leaving to be by his grandmother during this awfully tragic time.
