Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Deliver Food To Vulnerable Ones In Los Angles Amid Lock down


Duke and Duchess of Sussex managed to distribute food in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

Prince Harry and his wife, Duchess Meghan, have worked with Project Angel Food in Los Angeles to help supply non-perishable food to 20 people dealing with serious diseases.

The executive director of the company, Richard Ayoub, said ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “They told us they heard our drivers were overwhelmed and they decided to help to lighten the burden of the drivers.”

“I’m blown away by the decision they made for us. We feel for our needy men.

“Our customers are at highest risk of contracting coronavirus, with compromised immune systems like coronary failure, lung disease, asthma, and most of them are over 60′.”

He clarified that the pair followed strict rules for social distancing, wearing masks and gloves and holding 6 ft or more away from most members of the public.

It’s said the pair – who have 11-month-old son Archie together – first came on board on Easter Sunday (12.04.20), and then on Wednesday (15.04.20) called again to volunteer.

Owing to the current health crisis, the scheme has seen a surge in demand, with 400 new residents signed up for meals.

Project Angel Food delivers 1,600 meals a day, now growing to 2,000 amid the coronavirus outbreak, meaning that some of the most at-risk people are served.

The step comes when Harry and Meghan reportedly announced plans for their new Archell foundation, and have been staying in North America since stepping down as senior royals earlier this year.

It also appeared yesterday that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had contributed £90,000 to British charity Feeding Britain in support of campaigns to sustain needy people healthy during the lock down.
