Luana Costa, an 11-year-old, dies after giving premature birth in Brazil.
A 43-years-old man, Francinildo Moraes, started assaulting the young kid sexually when she was only 9.
The family remained unaware until Luana started showing the symptoms of pregnancy. Francinildo Moraes posted dozens of pictures on social media, which gave the impression as they two make a normal adult couple.
Moraes abused the child during her pregnancy too, Luana died when she was in the fifth month of her pregnancy.
The horrible act took place in Uruara, a village in the Northern Brazilian State of Para. Luna was groomed and assaulted for 3 years by Moraes. The family realized that something was off when they noticed the changes in her figure.
Upon taking her to the doctor, they get to know about her pregnancy. Luana told the family then that how she has been suffering from sexual abuse for 3 years.
According to police, She was forced to pose for pictures, and later, Moraes uploaded them on his social media accounts. The pictures show them as a happy adult couple despite Luana being pushed into an illegal relationship.
The aunt of the victim said, ” The poor girl was threatened not to say anything to her family. He used to take her away from the village for his heinous crimes.”
The suspect has fled from his home in Brazil, and the police are searching for him.
