The wait is finally over for fans! Everyone’s favorite series, Game of Thrones, has landed its prequel- House of the Dragon.
And HBO is going public with its first casting.
Think along the lines of pure greatness as Paddy Considine is finally signing on. But who exactly is he playing? Well, there’s no surprise here. The man of the honor is getting the lead as King Viserys Targaryen and fans couldn’t be happier.
Moreover, news reports reveal how the 47-year-old actor is all set to steal fans’ hearts in the iconic prequel. This is set around 300 years back from the events that took place in the iconic TV series. For those who aren’t aware, the prequel is based upon the author George R.R. Martin’s famous companion novel, titled Fire & Blood.
Meanwhile, Considine’s character gets chosen by the Lords of Westeros. And that’s so he can succeed against the old king at Harrenhal’s Great Council. But who exactly is Viserys and what type of person is he?
