Family Files False Death Claims As Man Dies From Cops Kneeling On Neck


The family of a California man who died after cops knelt down on his neck for 5 minutes is making headlines again.

They reportedly filed a lawsuit after the tragic accident, in which they added the most wrongful and false death claims, mentioned local news outlets recently. Angelo Quinto tragically passed away at the hands of cops on the 23rd of December last year.

The shocking incident took place right after his family called in authorities because they found the 30-year-old man in a severe mental health crisis.point 238 |

Reports confirmed how the victim’s sister made the emergency call as she was worried that he might harm his mother due to his poor mental condition. She added that he did suffer from such mental health issues in the past too.

Right after 2 officers from the Antioch Police arrived, one immediately went on over and knelt upon Quinto’s neck for around 5 minutes. In the same way, the other officer began restraining his legs at the same time.

In the end, Quinto sadly lost all of his consciousness and was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital. However, he sadly passed away, just three days later.

The Los Angeles Times reported that the victim’s mother begged and pleaded with officers to let him go as the victim helplessly screamed for his life as officers restrained him. Moreover, she deemed the cop’s actions as unnecessary, adding how they were responsible for his senseless death.
