The marriage between Erika and Tom Girardi is over.
The 49 years old actress filed for divorce from her 81 years old lawyer husband per a Los Angeles County court file reported by Page Six on Tuesday.
Erika and Tom Girardi had been married for 21 years.
The “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star, also known as Erika Jayne said, that after much consideration- she has decided to end her marriage to Tom Girardi. She continued, this is not a step taken lightly or simply- she has great love and respect for Tom, for their years and what they built together.
The reality personality also added it is her absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and she deserved. She requests others to give them that privacy as well.
It is still uncertain if her divorce will play out on the upcoming season of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” considering that she is currently filming.

Tom Girardi declined to comment about the divorce to reporters.
