Ten Downing Street has come up with an unpopular decision to continue the lockdown for some more time.

The decision-makers at 10 Downing have reaffirmed that neither they are going to ease the stay-at-home rules, nor they are going to terminate the lockdown.

The tough decision has been made for the greater good of the nation. The government believes that the right time has not come and it will take a little longer to end the countrywide lockdown. It is in the wider interest of the nation that the lockdown continues for as long as required.

The UK government has decided they are not going to rush into anything unreliable. When it comes to containing the deadly coronavirus, they are still wide of the mark. The World Health Organization also added that they apprehend a disaster in case people come out on streets and social distancing gets compromised.

It is still too early to end the lockdown and let people roam around again. The government of the day thinks we would be off-beam to make such a risky advancement. The country is still under a massive threat and a hurry-scurry can totally ruin things for us.

The economy of the country is badly affected and the government in place realizes it profoundly. The whole country is suffering because of the recent economic crisis but saving lives is worth more importance, as per what the government thinks. 

The lockdown is expected to last for weeks or maybe months. Some of the ministers, however, implied that schools could reopen after Easter but that is conditioned by the normality of the situation. If the country begins to take baby steps towards stability, schools are most likely to be reopened. 

To cut a long story short, lockdown is not going to be paused in the UK, and it is sure to continue for a few more weeks.
