Shocking footage from a doorbell recently captured the terrifying moment when a cop from California punched a boy with autism.
Local media outlets spoke about how California’s police department is now investigating the incident as a Ring Doorbell caught the shocking footage where the officer goes about punching a young teen in the face.
The victim’s father, Adam Wolf, mentioned during an interview how he took to his account on Facebook to go about sharing the haunting video where his 17-year-old son was attacked. Moreover, the victim was identified as Preston, who can be clearly identified in the footage as innocently standing on the pavement with his scooter in the district of Vacaville in California.
In addition, the footage reveals the exact moment when the officer leaves his vehicle and starts to shout at the teen to get on the ground. But when the young victim tries to make an attempt to flee from the scene, the officer reaches him and brutally slams him towards the ground, before punching him in his face.
Wolf went on to share in his post through Facebook how his son suffers from Autism and has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder too. He also added how his child appears younger than his actual age.
Initially, Preston makes an attempt to comply with the officer’s demands in the video.
Hence, he sits down on the ground when the officer orders him to.
But soon, it can be seen how he doesn’t immediately put out his legs as demanded by the cop. Therefore the officer makes an attempt to get his scooter and then goes about tossing it over the pavement.Next, he grabs the victim and forces him to lean back in absolute terror and fear. Soon, it can be seen how the teen manages to make an escape but doesn’t succeed too far as the cop catches up with him, pushing him down to the ground.
The father slammed the cop’s actions, calling it unacceptable, and asked viewers to make it viral as cops like these should be held accountable for their actions against a child, disability or not.
