A man who spent 22 long years trying to prove his innocence for a murder crime that he did not embark upon was declared cleared after his DNA evidence revealed zero involvement.
According to the Arkansas Department of Corrections as well as the Innocence Project, Ledell Lee was cleared from all of his charges. Unfortunately, the news came several years after he had been wrongfully executed by the court of law, claim reports.
Now, critics are using his life’s example to bring to attention the grave mistake on the part of authorities regarding a case that could have been solved much soon and with more accuracy.

The news came after scientific DNA reports revealed how another person’s DNA was prevalent on the weapon that had been used for the murder that Lee was wrongfully charged for. Shockingly, Lee’s DNA was not present on the weapon, yet he was executed, mentioned reports.
Lee was reportedly killed in the year 2017 by lethal injection, despite the accused trying to prove his innocence, time and time again, over a massive span of 22 long years.
