Jason Derulo’s latest video shocked his 6.
6 million Instagram followers as he ended up knocking out Will Smith’s two front teeth.
Derulo and Smith joined forces on a now viral video showing the two playing a seemingly harmless casual game of golf indoors.
The short video clip shows the 51-year-old actor teaching Derulo how to putt, but the singer got a little too into the sport and swung his golf club brazenly with Smith standing right beside him.
The 30-year-old singer stood against a floor-to-ceiling virtual reality screen, when Smith took a step back, then stepping back in to give one more tip and said, “Wait, hold it. Don’t swing yet.”
Unfortunately for the actor, Derulo swung the club back at the exact moment Smith stepped in, hitting him in the face and knocking off his two front teeth.
“Put some ice on that… I got a thing,” Derulo suggested, in which Smith replied, “It’s my turn, my turn. I only need one swing. I only need ONE swing. Let me get my driver.”
As Smith grabbed his own club and whacked him in the leg, Derulo pleaded, “Alright, we can just talk about this.”
“I don’t like this game,” Derulo wrote on his Instagram post, tagging Smith.
In another post, the two beamed a smile with the caption, “His [sic] embracing his new smile…”
This is not the first time Derulo shocked his fans, when he seemingly chipped off his own teeth trying out a “life hack” back in May.
The video shows the singer recording himself while eating a cob of corn off a power drill, and chipped his teeth off as the cob spins.
When asked if he really knocked is teeth off, Derulo answered, “The world may never know. I got my smile, so I’m lit right now.”
