Dating applications are purely based on strokes of luck as you never know who you might get stuck with at the other end.
And that’s exactly what happened when one young woman went out with a man who she found on a dating app recently. Attracted and wooed by his young and handsome looks, she instantly fell in love through pictures. But little did she know, all that glitters isn’t gold.
Meeting him for the first time, she felt offended and super disappointed as he was nothing like he appeared in his profile pictures. Moreover, she termed him to look the exact opposite and that was something she simply couldn’t understand. “He looked a good 5 years older,” she exclaimed.
Upon their first meeting at a bar in Las Vegas, she was instantly put off as he stepped in. “I was only attracted to him because he appeared to be a young Harry Connick Jr,” she mentioned. “He was very attractive in his pictures and that’s why I felt we matched,” she added.
Super disappointed, the woman immediately finished up her drink and made a quick exit in less than 20 minutes.
But if you think that was the end of the date, think again. The woman mentioned how her date flooded her with countless messages for hours. He kept on talking about how rude she was, judging him solely upon his appearance. “That was so rude, I’ve never felt so offended in my whole life,” he exclaimed furiously.
And that’s when he began making some attacks at her too.
“You were bored as f*** anyways and super shallow for judging a person on their looks, without getting to know them,” he added.
“I’ll be sticking to my skinny girls in the future.” And just like that, the cruel messages wouldn’t end. “If I f***ed you, it would be really good,” he disrespectfully mentioned.
The video of the incident went viral on social media as the girl was an avid TikTok user. It received a massive 60,000 likes from users across the board who could potentially relate to the dating application fail.
Most of the comments revolved around how many felt the woman was saved from a dodging bullet, calling her ‘clearly unhinged.’ Another added how these were all a stream of red flags and it was just terrible. Some even went as far as claiming that she should report him over to Bumble and let them handle the matter.
