Arising from New Mexico, he does mention the hardships that he and his mother faced during their stay here in the city. Meanwhile, when his educational institution in Roswell closed down due to the pandemic, it was a very sad moment for him.
He always wanted to switch on over to remote learning like the other kids in his class. But soon enough, things took a turn for the ugly. And that meant his mother couldn’ afford to pay the high internet bills. She lost both of her jobs and it was really a tragic affair.
For this reason, the young student decided to go back to school, in a rather unique manner. Hence, he quickly ran up to his school property and makes use of the free wifi connectivity. This way, he stays connected and alert with everything going on in his online classes. ‘It gives me that normal kid again’ type of feeling,’ he explains.
Jonathan sat sometimes, while on other occasions, he lied down, right outside the school’s front door. The young and bright student is dedicated. He wakes up early each day and stays there from 8 to 2:45. And it’s the ultimate form of determination you’ll find in a long time.
