Washington DC is on high alert amid security threats looming over the entire country, before Biden’s inauguration day.
According to recent reports from confirmed sources, President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration rehearsal was canceled too. The inauguration rehearsal was set for Sunday and now has been reportedly moved to Monday.
The news comes as the state deployed more than 20,000 National Guard troops to protect as well as fortify the capital. The exact date of the inauguration was set for next Wednesday.

Other internal reports revealed how around 50 agencies, as well as private companies, referred to as the MACC, will operate out of the Secret Service field.
In the same way, SWAT teams, the FBI, as well as the Department of Defense with Amtrak will join the task force.
In other news, Biden’s team also canceled the Amtrak trip that was scheduled from Wilmington to Washington, due to increased security concerns. The new president will be inaugurated on Wednesday, January 20th.
