The recent surge of Coronavirus is extremely destructive and it does not spare anyone.
People of all age groups have been largely affected by this deadly virus. From an infant to grey-haired people — everyone is susceptible to the COVID-19.
Recently, in Leicester, an 11 weeks old infant fell prey to this egregiously devastating virus, and now he is in the hospital fighting for his life. It’s heartbreaking to acknowledge that this beautiful soul stepped into this world a couple of months ago and he is at the verge of departing from it.
The infant’s mother seems to have fallen to bits. She’s been extremely distressed ever since her two and a half month old baby got diagnosed with the life-threatening disease.
Jodie Banister, 30, took a few pictures of her son combating the virus at Leicester Royal infirmary and posted it on her Facebook. She broke this news to the people and urged them to stay at home and value their lives for the sake of their families.
Ares Banister was hospitalized with symptoms of COVID-19 on Monday, and on the same day the family got informed that the baby has contracted Coronavirus.
Initially, he just had a high temperature, and according to Jodie, little did they know that it could be the Coronavirus. They were assuming it to be a regular temperature. Hence, she was in panic when she heard it from the doctors.
Now the baby seems to be doing fine but Jodie took this opportunity to ask people to stay alert and stay inside. She didn’t want anyone to go through the panic and fear she had been through for her baby, so she penned a detailed note to warn people.
In her Facebook post, she especially implored the non key workers to stay at home. If it’s evitable, people should be confined within four walls of their house for the sake of their safety.
