Chris Watts, the man who murdered his family, will be having the holiday behind bars, and he is not happy about it.

In August 2018, Watts was accused of murdering his pregnant wife and two daughters. He usually doesn’t like to talk about his personal life before getting arrested, but according to the reports, he was a big fan of Christmas and loved decorating his home and spend time with family. Unfortunately, he won’t get the chance to do all these things again, and no one else but he himself is responsible for the trouble.

The individuals who regularly talk to him in prison said that Watts hates holidays as the memories from the past haunt him. He has to spend the rest of his life behind bars after proven guilty of butchering his daughters and wife in 2018.

Watts’s life in prison is not going to be easy as he is accused of several murders. There is an arrangement of Christmas dinner for the prisoners, but they are only served with bland turkey and potatoes. He said that the dinner is not something that they enjoy; in fact, the prisoners get depressed that what a sad time they are having behind the bars when the rest of the world is busy celebrating.

 

Watts didn’t admit initially that he has killed his family, but he finally confessed that he had killed all the three family members and dumped their corpses in an oil storage facility he works at. He said that he wouldn’t have murdered his wife and daughters if he wasn’t in love with his colleague, Nichole Kessinger.

Kessinger didn’t know that Watts is married; she thought he had ended his marriage after getting into a relationship with her. She volunteered to share the necessary information with the police after knowing that he is being speculated of the murder.
