Prince William and Prince Harry will reunite in a week’s time as they walk together behind their grandfather’s coffin.

The Princes are expected to stand shoulder to shoulder as part of the royal procession at Prince Philip’s funeral on Saturday.

It will be the first time that the brothers will be seen together since the Sussex’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.

As Prince Harry returns to the UK, his pregnant wife Meghan will not be attending after the doctor advised her not to fly and stay at home.

Royal experts claim that the Duke of Sussex’s attendance at his grandfather’s funeral could be the chance to heal ‘deep damage’ caused by the Oprah tell-all.

According to a Mail Online source, while tensions have been ‘high’ after the interview fallout, the Royal Family are ‘united in grief’ after the Duke of Edinburgh’s death.

Prince Philip’s coffin will be taken to St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle on a Land Rover he helped to design following his request to the Queen: “Just stick me in the back of a Land Rover and drive me to Windsor.”

Behind the Land Rover, Prince Charles and other members of the family including William and Harry will proceed on foot.

Whether the unity is just a public façade or not, some royal sources hope that the brothers’ first meeting in more than a year could lead to potential reconciliation.
