The new White House website has a secret message and it’s reportedly a call for help.
According to media reports, the secret appeal was discovered by an eagle-eyed IT expert who reviewed the President’s new website. Moreover, he mentioned how the message was hidden within the website’s coding.
Isaac Hepworth who is a Microsoft developer spotted the code, terming it to be a major surprise employee recruitment signal, embedded deep into the website.
Inside sources confirmed the news, claiming the code states, ‘In case you’re reading this, we need your help building back better.
’ This phrase was in context with Joe Biden’s main election slogan, ‘Build back better.’ Moreover, the statement was backed up with a link to the USDS or United Stated Digital Service job application page.
The service is a part of the new president’s $1.9 trillion dollars mega Covid-19 relief package for US citizens. Moreover, the funds from this will actually pave way for the rapid hiring of hundreds of experts. Just recently, the USDS partnered up with the United State’s Department of Health, just so it could compile data on how hospitals were willing to cope with the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.
On the other hand, when it came to the new and improved White House website, experts mentioned how it allowed users to make a selection from gender pronouns like ‘they/them’ and other general-neutral titles. Meanwhile, experts mentioned how the website aims to follow an overall gender-neutral site.
The news comes as President Joe Biden signed a series of executive orders, on the first day of his office. This included the orders tackling both LGBT and discrimination.
Therefore, with the new White House website in place, people who come under the ‘non-binary’ category- neither male nor females- can make a selection regarding the new gender-neutral title ‘Mx’. This is boldly outlined on the White House website’s contact page.
Clearly, this website update is another departure from former president Trump’s administration, which banned transgender people from enlisting in the military, paying zero attention to gender identity too.
