Elf on the Shelf prank has gained so much popularity for the last few years, and parents do strange things to make the prank unique.
Some parents do it in the same old way by hiding their elf in a pile of floor or garbage, but some try to make it more mischievous. A mum who is in her 30’s took things to the next level.
She covered her home in graffiti, sprayed the car, dyed the dog green, taped the elder son to the door, and filled the bath with sweets. Though she damaged her own property, people still find it bothersome as a dog also became the victim of her prank.
The woman, whose residence is in Worsley, Manchester, is a mother of three.
She said that she loves Christmas, and her son Jaeden, 12, and Harley, 7, love these naughty pranks, which she is doing for almost seven years now.
12-year-old Jaeden is now grown up, and he knows that it is not real, but he still enjoys the Elf prank and participates for his younger siblings. The mother said that this year Jaeden helped her in spraying the car.
The kid was horrified seeing the living room walls he believed Elves had painted and cracked holes in them.
7-year-old Harley was terrified seeing his brother fastened to the door.
Claire said she wouldn’t have painted and hammered the walls, but as the walls could knock down anytime; thus, she decided to sabotage them. She shared a funny story that while she was graffitiing her own car in the icy weather, the neighbors found it weird and called her spouse to know if she is okay.Harley, 7, was shocked when he saw the home walls and the car.
Claire was worried about the paint she sprayed on the car as it could leave unwashable stains on her new black car, but thankfully the staff at the car valet did an excellent job.Claire loves doing crazy things, and she shops for Elf prank all year; she has so much crazy stuff at home.
The 1-year-old daughter of Claire is yet too young to understand the prank, but as she will grow, Claire plans to fill her home with unicorns and princesses in December.
