Donald Trump’s Campaign sued Joe Biden directly over the Wisconsin election results.
The breaking news comes in the form of a series of legal challenges, led by Mr. Trump himself, followed by his lawyers and several third parties too. The campaign’s attack is directly towards Joe Biden regarding hundreds of thousands of votes for the state of Wisconsin.
The campaign filed the mega suit from Milwaukee County recently. This location is renowned for being a Democratic county, which went full throttle in terms of support for President-elect Joe Biden. Meanwhile, the suit comes under the title of ‘Donald J. Trump, Michael R. Pence, et al versus Joseph R. Biden, Kamala D. Harris et al.
At the same time, the suit seeks judgment from this county’s circuit court. This is for putting aside the longboard of canvassers’ legal consideration of in-person absentee ballots, that need to get counted, in the same county.
These counties are the ones that actually helped in handing over Joe Biden his mega 20,000 electoral vote victory, in the state of Wisconsin. Similarly, the suit aims at tossing over absentee ballots that were present in both of these democratic counties but not in those where Trump and Pence won.
Meanwhile, media sources confirmed how the suit arises right after Donald Trump’s allies suffered from major blistering opinions at a total of two different courts.
On the other hand, President Trump’s former campaign lawyer, Sidney Powell alongside her allies couldn’t score in Michigan nor in Georgia.
And that’s where two separate federal judges attacked the cases upon broad fronts.
They went on claiming that they just didn’t have enough ‘standing or the legal ability to come forward in the first instance. And in the case that they did, they would definitely fail anyway.Meanwhile, Linda V.
Parker, who is the federal judge, found Powell’s suit as a part of her famous ‘Kraken’ lawsuits. She also mentioned how it lacks standings while proposing remedies that are far too late to implement.
Also, she mentioned how they critically undermined all forms of faith in the country’s democratic process. At the same time, Wisconsin’s Democratic Governor expressed his dismay at the suit. Gov Tony Evers referred to it as ‘shocking as well as an outrageous assault upon the country’s democracy.’
