According to sources, many speculated about how the woman committed suicide originally. However as more news regarding the case broke out, it was startling, to say the least.
But what really had people talking is how the heartless boyfriend accused the Queens woman of cheating. Moreover, he brutally beat her and then pushed her out from a window on the 6th floor.
Prosecutors and neighbors confirmed the news, leaving loved ones in a dire state of terror and grief.
Danielle Marrano argued with her 34-year-old boyfriend, Shmuel Levine, right inside her private flat. Situated on Ocean Promenade, near Rockaway Park, the incident took place around 2 pm in the afternoon.
As things took a turn for the worst, the boyfriend put Marrano in a lockdown chokehold position. Meanwhile, cops found her tortured body on the ground, several feet away from her window. Prosecutors alleged how the victim suffered 4 skull fractures which ultimately led to her death.
At least two of the victim’s injuries weren’t related to her fall, giving rise to the brutal form of torture that took place.

’ And that’s when they decided to rule her death as a homicide, police reports suggested. The boyfriend confirmed how he never intended to put his partner in a chokehold but it happened. He tried to reach for her phone which she simply refused to give. On that note, they both fell to the ground and he grabbed her hair. At the same time, he choked her using one arm for around 3 seconds.
Sources confirmed how they found the woman’s hair on the ground, alongside a giant dent in the apartment’s wall.
