A kindhearted Ryanair passenger stepped in to pay the large luggage fee for a distressed mum.
According to sources, the airline reportedly charged 50 Pounds and that was beyond her budget. You could see the mother of 3 kids becoming distressed. And that’s when the airline’s staff mentioned how her bag was just too large to board the flight.
Soon, another passenger took out his camera to film the exact moment, right before they all boarded the aircraft. This flight was destined for Stansted from Ibiza, on a Sunday.
Furthermore, viewers can witness the camera pointing towards the distressed mother.
As all of her kids begin playing, she runs in circles anxiously, not knowing what to do. For this reason, she keeps pulling her hands through her tresses. Soon, the generous passenger reassures her to relax and avoid panicking. He tells her that it’s alright, in an attempt to calm her down.
Moreover, she covers up her face using her hands and that’s when he tells her to calm down again.
He escorts her towards the counter area and begins paying the fee for her. The exact moments that led to this incident are caught on camera by a separate Ryanair passenger. And soon enough, the video gets posted on Twitter, going viral in minutes.
The post came with a rather unique caption that stated: ‘Well done to this young and brave hero for paying such a ridiculous Ryanair baggage costs for a rather distressed mother.
’ Meanwhile, the caption also explained how the distressed mother was traveling with her kids. She didn’t receive any leniency from any of the staff members either.
On the other hand, the passenger goes on stating how most of the flight was empty. And despite being half-empty, the airline still didn’t give the passenger any leeway for her excess baggage. Hence, they went on charged an exuberant amount of money.
