Acclaimed bestseller author, Fiori Giovanni, is suffering from the worst mid-life crisis ever.
The famed self-help writer is accused of first-degree homicide after she left her baby girl alone to drown.
According to reports, Giovanni placed her 7-month-old daughter in the bath with her two-year-old brother. They were both unsupervised at her home in Melbourne. When the star author returned, she found her infant underwater and unconscious. And that’s when she called the paramedics.
Unfortunately, they failed to resuscitate her. And in the end, she died there and then, at the scene. Meanwhile, it’s still unclear how long she actually left both of the kids unattended.
The 35-year-old mother received charges for her horrifying consequences. Furthermore, it was more in light of her irresponsible actions as a mother.
Media reports mentioned how the author decided to hide all of the allegations from the public.
Moreover, she felt embarrassed and scared by the repercussions. In particular, her lawyer revealed how she previously received plenty of hate mail. And most of it was in regards to her stance against the media’s representations of African crime.
