All the scientists and doctors have long been trying hard to find out a vaccine for coronavirus.

Many seemingly successful vaccines grabbed the attention of the government in recent times, and some of them have also been approved to go for a trial. 

One such candidate vaccine was suggested by the University of Chicago, and it recently went through a trial that has been a triumph so far. The University of California’s medicine department deserves adulation for this giant step towards putting an end to this trauma.

Earlier on, they had suggested that Remedesivir tends to cure patients with major symptoms of COVID-19. They were dead sure of the tendencies of Remedesivir before they went on to request for a human trial.

The University of California chose 125 COVID-19 patients to try this vaccine on. The majority of the patients were severely infected and had been grappling with the prime symptoms of Coronavirus, and 113 lives looked seriously endangered. 

They infused all the recruited patients with Remedesivir hoping for them to heal. Believe it or not, it wonderfully worked. Most of the patients saw their symptoms mitigating in little to no time. This rapid change took merely a week to occur.

Nearly all of them were receptive of the vaccine and started to heal from their symptoms in less than a week. Unfortunately, 2 patients did not respond to the drug and met their end unlikely to the scientists’ expectations. They still have remorse that California university’s candidate vaccine couldn’t achieve 100% results.

This drug that was originally expected to cure Ebola has worked wonders on corona patients, it helped the university experts attain 98% success. This vaccine had been in the process for about a decade and has recently been brought into being.

Good thing, people of the United States have something to celebrate amongst themselves as the hopes are getting stronger.
