A man is going viral after winning a legal battle against his employers at Jaguar Land Rover for unfair dismissal.
According to news agencies, the man was fired for taking a whopping 808 sick days from work. But now, he’s enjoying a life of luxury after winning legal claims against the dismissal.

Also, Carter explained how there wasn’t a single year since 2000, with a full attendance record under his name.
For this reason, the mega organization informed him in December 2018 about his dismissal. This was based on the grounds of ‘conduct and capability.’
However, the tribunal judge, Johnson, disagreed. He mentioned how Jaguar Land Rover failed to accurately apply the standard protocols of Attendance Management Procedures. Also, he declared that the company didn’t reach a level in the situation where they had the right to consider his ‘dismissal.’
This includes failure of any form of counseling or warnings relating to his absences. As far as the cause of his absences are concerned, they include chronic episodes of pain from a severe hip condition.
Doctors diagnosed Rumbold with avascular necrosis disease in 2018 and that led to his giant leave.
